Our People

Vincenza Pearce

Vincenza Pearce

I was born in Sicily in 1948 and migrated to Australia in 1957. In my twenties, I moved to Melbourne, a property investor gave me the opportunity to renovate old terrace houses in Carlton, Fitzroy and Brunswick. This was the early seventies, and the beginning of my love affair with property.

From Melbourne I set my sights on Italy. I decided to live in Florence. Surrounded by so much culture and style; hence, my love for the rich Italian way of decorating has never left me.

Arriving back in Adelaide, I decided to do my real estate course and entered the industry in 1976; I was amongst a small number of women making their mark in what was then a male dominated industry. I later played a pivotal role in creating one of South Australia’s largest independently owned Real Estate Agencies.

In 1986, I established Debenza interiors and fine Arts, which complimented my real estate career; offering clients ideas on presenting their homes for sale.

I also have built new homes and townhouses which gave me much pleasure.

In 2003, an interstate furniture retailer asked me to find a suitable property for him Adelaide to open his new store. I found one in O’Connell St North Adelaide. After completing the renovations, I then managed this prestigious store called Domo for the managing director, Frank Novembre. I retired from Domo in June 2012.

In that year I combined all my skills and expertise in decorating, marketing and sales to create Casa Collective.

Our passion is to help other people achieve their goals, be it in real estate or making their home reflect who they are, or assisting them in creating “A beautiful Life”.

At Casa Collective, we believe the home is the anchor for family life; it gives us security and a sense of togetherness.

We trust that you, our clients resonate with our company philosophy and approach. Look forward to working with you.

Ciao! Vincenza
